Captain: Stavros Mentis
Born in Athens in 1978, Captain Stavros was quickly inspired to explore the world's waterways due to his lifelong interest in and love of the sea. Stavros is a conscientious captain who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, rapid thinking and creativity, and general technical proficiency with a solid grasp of electromechanical and technological concepts. In addition, he is a good team player who motivates the group to overcome obstacles and reach their shared objective. He is an expert in the hidden gems of every place, having spent many years at sea as a captain of many motor boats and having taken countless journeys across the Greek islands. Stavros likes to travel and go on motorbike rides in his free time.
He speaks fluently Greek and English.
Chef: Endrit Adreas Dokos
Chef Adreas is only 22 years old but has graduated from Le Monde Institute of Hotels & tourism and then followed to get a Butcher's degree at MeatPro college in order to evolve his his knowledge in meat cuts and cooking. He has worked in Mourayio Restaurant alongside Executive chef Jean-Marie Hoffman. He is skillfully multitasked, organized, knows about food safety and all kinds of meat preparation techniques. He is thrilled he achieved to turn his passion for cooking into a fulltime job. He speaks Greek, Albanian English and a bit of French.
Hostess: Dionysia Artemiadi
Dionysia was born in 1978 in Athens. After completing her studies in radiology and x-rays at the University of Athens, she worked for six years at the Air Force Military Hospital. Dionysia decided to follow her passion for aesthetics and she learnt and practiced Egyptian Angelic Reiki and theta healing method while working as an alternative therapist, for 6 yeas. She has a strong connection with the sea from her early years! Dionysia is very kind, joyful and peaceful person. She always looks forward to meeting new people and attending to their requirements during the onboarding process. Her hobbies are singing, dancing, jewelry-making and painting.
