Sailing yacht DOUBLE EAGLE was built in 2005 and extensively refitted in 2023. Constructed with a wooden hull and superstructure, she is traditional in style but boasting modern amenities, comforts and decor details. She is unique as one of the few Turkish Gulets boasting a sundeck and the detail in her finish is evident, with features such as her beautifully crafted marble deck table and bar. In 2024 at the TYBA Show, she was awarded "The Most Welcoming Crew" and the "Chef's Award"

Accommodation is quite flexible and can be provided for up to 12 guests in 5 cabins by utlizing the 2 queen sized beds in the master cabin.The aft Master has 2 double beds: 2m x 1.6 m x 2 beds

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like DOUBLE EAGLE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€5,250 - €10,500), making the charter cost €40,250 to €45,500. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

He moves quietly but fast, keeping the boat safe, the schedule sharp, and the anchor drops right where the water turns perfect.

- Started professional yachting at 18 as seaman on charter yachts and ships
- Served as first mate on Canados, Sunseeker and Azimut motor yachts
- 8+ years experience captaining gulets across Turkey and the wider Mediterranean
Akın builds plates with the precision of a competition chef and the calm of someone who breathes with the sea, turning breakfast to dessert into a tight, global circuit of flavors. He watches the day, reads the guests, and dials the menu so every meal hits clean, never heavy or random.

Nuray runs the interior with quick, quiet moves—tables reset, cabins sharp, drinks down before you even look for them—so service feels smooth and personal, not staged. She tracks every guest’s rhythm and keeps the whole experience warm, fast, and tightly looked-after.

- Completed university degree, then associate degree in Business in Bodrum
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the charter yacht sector
Sıla brings hotel-level service onto the teak, flipping from bar to table to deck with an easy, precise pace that keeps the boat feeling like a private boutique. She locks onto guest interaction, turning simple service into real, face-to-face hospitality.

- Graduate of Kuşadası Faculty of Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Department
- Background as assistant cook and bartender in various hotels before moving into service
- Yachting experience on vessels between 35–45m since 2019
Mert works the deck with a cook’s eye and a sailor’s focus, keeping lines clean, toys ready, and the swim platform dialed so guests slide straight from breakfast to blue water. He likes the wet side of the job—fishing, diving, and firing up the toys when the bay opens up.

Batuhan handles lines, toys, and tenders with the easy confidence of someone raised on this coast, turning every swim stop into a tight, safe operation. He moves guests onto the water fast—boards, skis, jets—then brings them back aboard just as clean.

The table setting and service was beautiful. They were the most gracious hosts.
What an incredible journey it has been aboard this magnificent sailing yacht. From the moment we stepped on board we knew we were in for a treat. Mornings greeted us with lovely mouthwatering aroma of BENEBEN, as we call it (scrambled eggs) and pancakes with lotus creme and Nutella. Lovingly prepared by the talented chef Ali. The taste of these delights paired with the bright breathtaking views will forever be etched in our memory.
Vodka wellness cocktails turn the perfect touch of luxury and sipping them while watching the sunset was simply magical. And those espresso martinis, what a delightful way to cap off each evening!
We can't forget the sweet treats for our “Schleckermäulchen”, you're simply irresistible. Every bite felt like a taste of paradise. The thrill of riding the sea Bob and the wild rides on the sea-couch to the crystal-clear waters, were the highlights of our adventure. Their experiences we will cherish forever. And the game of piccolo and Busfahren brought so much laughter and camaraderie to our days and night at sea. They made this journey truly special. Our hearts swelled with admiration as we watched Mister Harpu skillfully wield his harpoon during fishing.
And let’s not forget that unforgettable crazy party in Bodrum, were we partied like there was no tomorrow and indulged in some serious fun. We may have had a bit too much to drink but the memories of that night will stay with us forever!
None of this would be possible without the 6-person crew. Our special congratulation and gratitude to this magnificent team on DOUBLE EAGLE. Even in difficult unforeseen circumstances they managed in a way that we, as guests, didn’t notice any change. Keep this team on DE! We will be back, again!
