Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like QUEEN OF DATCA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€3,375 - €6,750), making the charter cost €25,875 to €29,250. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain Mehmet Rasit Sucu Mehmet runs Queen of Datca like a tight, calm ship – he reads weather, guests, and crew fast, then quietly sets things up so your week just works. He lives for being at sea, and it shows in the way he threads you into quiet coves and keeps everything moving without you ever seeing the effort.
  • Over 20 years of professional maritime experience (since 1999).
  • Began seafaring career in 1999; born 1983, Turkish nationality.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Leads a 6‑person crew aboard 36m gulet Queen of Datca.

Second Captain Mesut Guvercinoglu Mesut is the quiet tactical brain on deck, sliding between navigation, dive tips, and guest coaching so you feel safe trying more and worrying less. He’s the one who can teach you a clean sailing move in one pass and then line up the tender like he’s done it a thousand times.
  • 13 years working as a captain.
  • BSc in Deck Management and Operations, Ekol Maritime University (2011).
  • Degree in International Trade, Eskisehir University (2016).
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

Second Engineer Ufuk Edinsel Ufuk is the man in the machinery spaces, keeping the engines, generators, and systems humming so your cruise feels smooth, quiet, and under control. He treats each passage like a mission: no surprises, no drama, just clean, reliable running all the way to the next bay.
  • Over a decade of maritime-sector experience since 2010.
  • Born in 1974.
  • Holds multiple maritime safety and operational certifications.
  • Responsible for safe and efficient technical operation of voyages.

Bartender Host Eren Urer Eren reads a table the way a good helmsman reads a swell, dropping the right drink and tone at the right second so the evening rolls clean and easy. He brings city‑bar precision to a deck under the stars, tuned into what you actually like, not what’s just on the list.
  • 10 years’ professional bartender experience (8 years in Istanbul, 2 years in Göcek).
  • Sailing background in Optimist, Laser, 4.20 and 4.70 classes with Istanbul Yacht Club.
  • Strong English skills (spoken, read, written).
  • Intermediate Italian for service.

Chef Naime Umran Guleray Naime runs the galley like a seasoned campaign, turning local markets and tight timings into plates that land hot, balanced, and exactly when you want them. She builds meals that feel generous and personal, the kind that anchor memories of long days in the water.
  • Professional chef since 1992.
  • Experience on large ships and land-based kitchens.
  • Born in Istanbul in 1959.
  • Responsible for full guest culinary program on Queen of Datca.

Stewardess Irmak Isilak Irmak keeps the interior running sharp and quiet, sliding in before you notice a need and clearing it before it turns into a thought. She brings land‑side hospitality discipline to the yacht and backs it with a serious focus on safety.
  • 8 years of hospitality/service experience on land.
  • First season working at sea.
  • Holds multiple maritime safety-related certifications.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

Seaman Ertugrul Bayram Ertuğrul is the one you see on deck when things get busy—lines, toys, tenders, all handled clean so you can play hard and stay safe. He bridges the gap between maintenance and fun, making sure the gear is ready when you are.
  • Professional maritime career since 2017.
  • Specializes in deck maintenance, repairs, and water sports support.
  • Certified in speedboat operation, first aid, safety awareness, and fire prevention.
  • Focuses on safe, well-run guest water-sports operations.
