Onboard visit
The guests aboard Stephanie couldn't have been happier — they called it their "BEST trip" and said they "felt so very lucky to have such a great captain and crew," who they described as "extraordinarily wonderful." She's a beautifully kept yacht, and I'd confidently book her again and again. If you want a charter your guests will still be talking about long afterwards, ask me about Stephanie.

Generally in Stephanie, we try to go to quiet places, small coves. So, it's what missing from today's life. I think everybody were living on a rush.

Especially about this boat is first of all, we have a fourth member on the crew. Usual for a boat this size would be maybe three crew. No, it's always three. We like to give some extra service.

Transcript — Captain's insights on Stephanie's unique features
Captain: Try to go to places that not everybody goes, the hidden gems. What can be better? I like it when you wake up in the morning and it's just glass, the water, you know, and you have a swim. Generally in Stephanie, we try to go to quiet places, small coves. So, it's what missing from today's life. I think everybody were living on a rush. Yes. So, who wouldn't like a quiet week full of amusement and joy and for crew having everything in your feet? Yes. It's like a dream. Welcome Stephanie Alegria 67 sailing catamaran. Eight guests, four cabins. One is the master version. Three double cabins, normal one.
Broker: Especially about this boat is first of all, we have a fourth member on the crew. Usual for a boat this size would be maybe three crew. No, it's always three. We like to give some extra service. Nice. Uh we go for the tiny details here. So for me, a fourth member is totally required. Great. And so does that mean during meal service they they're being served by by two crew members?
Captain: Exactly.
Broker: Great. Okay. So usually you have one person looking after everything, but with with before it means you have two two people looking after you the whole time and more people checking if your drink's full. The amount of crew is something that we always look out for when we're looking at the spec sheet of a yacht. And we know that if there's four crew, it means there's extra hands on deck. There's extra people helping the captain sail, but more importantly, well, more importantly for the guest service, more people to help the guests. So, it's something that that definitely um I'd advise to my clients if I'm looking at two boats and one has three and one has four crew. It's something I'm I'm very keen to point out because it it makes such a difference to the experience of the week.
Captain: This boat carries lithium batteries which is basically a new advanced system that gives us the opportunity to have the AC running without the need of noisy generators up to 10 hours. So, we can go through a full night without the need of generators.
Broker: Yeah, because in the night it's in the night it's quiet, you know, so the guests can often hear a generator rumbling in the background because they want the air conditioning on, but if you have battery or you can run it run essentially run silent AC, so it's still cool at night in a hot in hot Greek summer. Exactly. Yeah. But no noise. It's quite new. No, it's quite it's a lot probably a lot more normal that there is a generator running more and more they're starting to run.
Captain: On top of that, we have 12 solar panels. So next day to charge this uh big battery. Yeah. Uh we can charge it from the solar panel 75 or even all the electricity that we're going to need through the day. We produce our own water on Stephanie. So what we basically do is we desalinate through the water makers and uh we filter it through the BPure advanced filtering systems and then you basically take a cup from the sea and you have a fully drinking healthy water. We distribute these bottles to our guests the moment they arrive on the boat. Uh and then uh we give them uh as a present when they leave for two reasons. Of course, first of all to remember us, but most important uh to remind them not to buy a plastic bottle and fill this up. Very important to start care about the plastic on this planet.
Broker: The broker is the one that will advertise to us in other countries that we don't have the opportunity to be there, meet new people. So it's uh the connection it's the connection uh chain with other countries. So for me is a mandatory it's very important. We're always building relationships and yeah it's a nice part when a charter's coming and and the broker will start chatting to the captain. I can let the captain know some extra things about the client to make sure that all the service is perfect and we're always in conversation in the background but then the crew and the client are chatting as well. you tell me what you're looking for and and I can help you find it, but also give you some extra considerations to to think of when you're planning.

When the guests would like to go with the yacht in remote locations for a few days to just disappear from everyone in life, this is the perfect yacht to go on.

Something special to my opinion about this boat is that it has a lot of solar panels. It's so helpful.

The AC can run from the batteries for the whole night without the generators. So, you don't have the sound.

Captain Giannis Gargalos: The engines are totally silent. They have a pillow, a special pillow in front of them and a cover. Well, the amazing thing is, is a yacht like this is very self-sufficient and when the guests would like to go with the yacht in remote locations for a few days to just disappear from everyone in life, this is the perfect yacht to go on.
The boat is from the builder Fountaine Pajot. It's a 2024. It's totally new. We are with a crew of four in total and we can accommodate eight guests in four cabins. Two of them have private access from the stern and one more in the middle of the boat. All these pillows we change it. It's not the factory ones. It's a new material called Sandrella. For me, it's the most ideal for a boat. This is a master now that we're going to see. So, the master cabin has two entrances. Yes. Has a king-size bed, of course. It has a television here. And then the exit over here goes straight to the bow of the yacht. To the bow of the boat. I personally love this workspace. If I have to do something, when the boat is empty, I do it here. You feel totally private. You have the window outside. Nice and quiet. And of course, the master cabin will also be very quiet because it's away from the engines that are in the back and the generators. So although these things are already very quiet because of new designs and insulation and all these things, this will be a very big plus to have the master cabin in this location.
Something special to my opinion about this boat is that it has a lot of solar panels. It's so helpful. For example, now we are here for 3 days and I haven't plugged the shore power on the shore and we are using everything like water heaters, the oven. Yeah, everything. And it has also lithium batteries. That means that these batteries can keep energy and the AC can run from the batteries for the whole night without the generators. So, you don't have the sound. Well, you know, when the engines are running and the generators, it's gotten a lot more quiet over the years. This, it's just, it's extra peaceful this way. For me, it's a new chapter. It's very nice how you can manage energy. I mean, if now we have a cloud and the day becomes cloudy, it's better for us to use, let's say for example, one motor water maker. We have two, we have one big, one small one. We will, we would use a small one. Now it's sunny, we can use anything and it's nice to think about energy. It makes you be better in every point in your life. It's fantastic. You know, you can really go to remote places with the guests and they can just really feel their privacy, have peace and quiet and enjoy the remote areas.
