SALTY is a 24m (78ft.) luxury motor yacht built by Spertini Alalunga in 2011, which received a comprehensive refit in 2019. She boast a stunning outdoor deck that offers a large sundeck with various seating areas and plenty of sun pads for relaxing and sunbathing. A big al-fresco dining area is available that can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Her interior is modern yet cozy with beautiful wooden furnishing and soft-cream colored accessories. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in 4 spacious and beautifully decorated cabins. (1 Master cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 2 twin cabins with pullman bed options). She was constructed by the famous yacht builder Alalunga in 2006. A well-done refit was fulfilled in 2019. The spacious yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
SALTY is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck elegantly connects to the the heart of the yacht - the main saloon. The main saloon is a well-design space with comfortable seating and entertainment areas and offers a range of entertainment options. 4 tasteful cabins are laid out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

*40% APA to be added to all Weekly Charters Above (40% of Charter Hire net of VAT). The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is designed to cover the operating expenses of a charter such as, fuel (for the yacht, her tenders and motorized water toys), food, drinks, land services, electronic communications, canal fees, harbor dues, local taxes and marina fees outside Greek waters, or private marinas.
* APA is prepaid by the client to the Yacht representative prior to the start of the charter. The yacht will be fully fueled and provisioned when the clients step on board. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit balance at the end of the charter will be reimbursed to the client in full. Should the refund be done via bank transfer any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount.
* Explanation of the VAT of 24 % for weekly charters
VAT 24% full Greek charter rate – Applies to charters that take place in Greek waters without exiting to non-EU or International waters (Staying within the 6 nautical miles limit for the Argo Saronic and 12% for Cycladic waters ). VAT 24% - With a deduction option for time spent outside of EU waters or in international waters. This will take into consideration all chartered days in an accounting year. Concerning Mykonos Discounted at 50% (VAT 12%), this will be for yachts that spend a minimum of 60% of charter time / days outside of territorial waters. (Territorial waters are considered: 12 nautical miles from the mainland and 12 nautical miles from the territorial waters of an island. Any destination from Mykonos Island to nearby Cycladic islands is not considered as cruising within international waters according to the Greek law as the distances required are not met due to the configuration and position of each island during a cruise to our final destination within the Cyclades.
Should the Charter fail to fulfill the conditions for VAT discount application or should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of the charter agreement, that result in change of final charter VAT and hence of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. VAT legislation and the resulting VAT rates and conditions applicable are subject to change without prior notice, at no responsibility of the Broker, Stakeholder or Owner.
As stipulated by Greek Law, Value Added Tax is collected by the Owner at the expense of the Charterer. The Charterer shall at all times be liable to pay for the VAT amount applicable by Law at the time the charter is executed.
