As it is our highest importance that our guests are safe and enjoy the 5-star hospitality they deserve, we takes the utmost care in sourcing crew with proficient experience, qualifications and enthusiasm to attain a high standard of customer care

Our crew teams demonstrate excellent boat handling skills and pride themselves on keeping the interior and exterior of their yacht impeccably clean and tidy. All captains must have a minimum of the Yachtmaster Offshore certification with commercial endorsement, STCW safety training, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on similar vessels in the charter industry. All first mates / private chefs have a strong passion for culinary delights with at least 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, along with the STCW safety training certification. At least one of the crew team will be Divemaster certified.

Crew attend an extensive training program was designed and perfected over the years by our experienced managers and crew alike to ensure the standards guests expect will be met by all of our wonderful crew teams.

Before your charter commences, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with your crew and talk about the wonderful week ahead and your individual needs. Your captain and private chef make it their priority to ensure that you enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Our crew teams fully embrace their lifestyle jobs on board our catamarans. With eagerness to share their passion of sailing techniques, knowledge & enthusiasm of the remarkable and unique places explored during the week; your crew team will be the best personal tour guides for your vacation experience. Crew teams guide guests on snorkeling & SCUBA diving adventures, beach treks and island tours; all while continually offering their services, kindness and care to ultimately create an exceptional vacation experience for you

Your Captain:
You will be welcomed and taken care of by a highly experienced captain with full certifications and excellent knowledge of the vessel and your destination. Your captain is responsible for sailing and maneuvering the vessel, anchoring and mooring, plotting your route, providing frequent weather updates, and most importantly your safety.

Your Private Chef:
Relax and be pampered of by an experienced chef who will demonstrate a passion for cooking and take pleasure in going the extra mile in food delivery, taste and presentation. Before your arrival, we will ask you to specify your dietary needs, dislikes and any allergies that you may have as your private chef will adjust the menu to suit your individual tastes and needs. Guests enjoy a varied and delicious menu, including cooked or continental breakfasts, tasty appetizers, fresh healthy lunches and 3-course dinners with fabulous desserts. Fresh fruit is on hand throughout the day, while snacks are served at regular intervals. You certainly will not go hungry on board our yachts.

The islands are quintessentially Greek, all have a story to tell, the Legend of Odysseus being probably the best known! Enjoy a beautiful shaded loop walk out to the Venetian lighthouse and Byzantine church before another gourmet dinner onboard. Cruising Day 2 After breakfast your captain will suggest a visit by dinghy or kayak to the nearby putty mine. The dinghy will be pulled up on the pebbles inside the cave. Bring flashlights and sturdy shoes to explore the trails that lead into the large caverns deep inside. Set sail and choose a secluded cove near Ak Nikolaus on the North East side of Ithaca. Enjoy a peaceful swim and snorkel. The star gazing here is incredible with absolutely no light pollution. You may even be tempted to sleep out on the trampolines and look out for shooting stars. Cruising Day 3 Jump into the clear waters after breakfast before a short sail to Kioni also, on Ithaca. Kioni is an extremely pleasant local fishing village with handmade crafts. Wander the streets after lunch or hike out to the 3 old windmills on the headland. There is also a walk with fantastic views up to the church on the top of the hill. Follow the path behind this church to an old windmill with all the working mechanisms still inside. The village also has a small beach to swim from. Many of our guests choose to do an evening taxi tour of the historical sites of Ithaca with a knowledgeable English-speaking guide, Sue or her partner Dimos. You will visit the Kathara monastery perched on the peak of Homer’s Mount Nirito, the 12th century village of Anogi, and its church with its remarkably preserved frescoes and Venetian belltower. These frescoes have been covered in plaster to hide them from pirates. The removal of this plaster is ongoing, and the vibrant colors emerge perfectly preserved. The village of Stavros (near which the city of Odysseus was supposedly located) is also on the tour. According to Homer’s description of the city it had views over three seas and was surrounded by three mountains. There is a replica of the palace on the town square. The entire tour lasts 3 hours. Each taxi can hold up to 4 people and the cost per taxi is 90euro; if 2 couples share a taxi the cost is therefore 45 euro per couple. If the entire group would like to go, both Sue and Dimos will guide you and travel in convoy. Tonight, guests eat dinner ashore. We then sail on to Port Leone on Kalamos island where we anchor for the night. Another fantastic opportunity to sleep out under the stars. Port Leone was abandoned after the earthquake of 1953 when its water supply was cut off. Cruising Day 5 After breakfast, follow the coast of Kalamos towards the North and find a secluded beach for lunch. After lunch sail on to Elia beach on Meganissi. Before dinner step back in time and walk up to the village of Katomeri. This village has had little influence from tourism. Its aging population are content, the women dressed in black sit on their porches, embroidering and weaving, while the men sit around playing cards. The women are usually very flattered to have their photograph taken. Ask your crew to teach you a few basic words of Greek, such as good evening (calispera) and thank you (efkaristo), these will earn you plenty of heart- warming smiles.
