Captain: SPYROS PEROULIS

Spyros Peroulis is a keen sailor having long experience as a skipper on boats of this size. He is raised in the Ionian Sea and knows to go around all picturesque islands and ports, offering a real lifetime experience.

ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
- Leadership (occasionaly worked with assistants/interns)
- Good organisational skills ggained through ttaking care of multible boats, following my own carefully
planned schedule

COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Good communication skills through my interaction with boat owners
- Excellent contact skills with both adults and children, gained through my experience as a weekly skipper
- Great team spirit developed through my experience in big luxury boats (super yachts) where I had an
excellent relationship with the crew


Fotini Tselai hostess and cook has a long experience on sailing boats but also in high end restaurants in Greece and USA.

ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS
– Leadership (was in charge of staff management and managed time-tables)
- Good organization skills gained through experience as a receptionist

COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Good communication skill gained through years of experience in restaurants and customer service
- Good with children and have gained experience through working in child care facilities and on charters
with children
JOB RELATED SKILLS
-Good with photography anc an offer services as a photographer and videographer helping cover holidays
with photographs and video material that will be kept as a keepsake
-Very experienced with cooking simple and complex dishes. Traditional Greek or other
-Good with guarding children and keeping them occupied

She holds also a Sailing license and hence she is able to assist Spyros.
